S&H Youth and Adult Services, Inc substance use residential recovery supports (RRS) is a non-hospital rehabilitation program designed for adults, with 24-hour-a-day medical and professional monitoring. SHYAS RRS provides each participant planned program of professionally directed evaluation, care and treatment for the restoration, development, and utilization of sober living skills for individuals with moderate to severe substance use disorders.
SHYAS RRS 24-hour residential recovery services program is a professionally supervised residential facility that is supervised by a medical practitioner and a licensed clinician. S&H Youth and Adult Services, Inc substance use residential recovery service (RRS) includes the following: Assessment, Psychiatric Services/MAT, Treatment Planning, Individual, Group, & Family Treatment, Recovery Skills Training, Recovery Environment, and Aftercare.

An individual is eligible for admission into the program if they have a substance use disorder and a minimum of an ASAM level II score.
This program is 120 days for each participant. All program participants will undergo an initial assessment and a review every 30 days to determine progress and eligibility to the next phase of treatment. The goal is to restore health, improve awareness, and sustain recovery over the next 12 months and beyond.
