Residential Recovery Supports (RRS)
SHYAS CARES substance use residential recovery supports (RRS) is a non-hospital rehabilitation program designed for adults, with 24-hour-a-day medical and professional monitoring. SHYAS CARES RRS provides each participant a place to live while they participate in a planned program of professionally directed evaluation, treatment, care and supports.
SHYAS CARES RRS 24-hour residential recovery supports services is a peer run residential facility. SHYAS CARES substance use residential recovery Supports program (RRS) offers participants a place to stay, while SHYAS offers them a Psychiatric Services, MAT, Treatment Planning, Individual, Group, & Family Treatment, Recovery Skills Training, Recovery Environment, and Aftercare and Rowan Cabarrus Community Health Center provides primary care.

RRS: Recovery Supports
An individual is eligible for admission into the program if they have a substance use disorder and a minimum of an ASAM level II.5.
This program is a minimum of 120 days. We offer 10 months of service to each participant . All program participants will undergo an initial assessment and a review every 30 days to determine progress and eligibility to the next phase of the program. The goal is to restore health, improve awareness, and sustain recovery over the next 12 months and beyond.
