The Peer Support Specialist must be certified as a peer support specialist (CPSS). CPSS is responsible for ensuring recovery focused service that allows individuals the opportunity to learn to manage their own recovery and advocacy process through interventions of Peer Support staff that enhance the development of natural supports, as well as coping and self management skills.
The Clinical Services Coordinator must be a licensed clinician. This individual will manage the intake of all the clinical services: Out Patient Therapy, Psychiatric Services, Residential Treatment Services, Community Intervention Services, and Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program. The Clinical Services Coordinator will facilitate the initial intake process, ensure completion of the initial psychiatric intake, and assign patient to clinicians.
The Outpatient Clinician must be a master level Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Qualified Professional (QP) with at least one year of experience with Target Population. Outpatient Clinician is responsible for providing clinical intakes & assessments, authorizations for OPT, Treatment plans for OPT, and daily documentation of all outpatient therapy services provided.
The Intake Coordinator must be a master level Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Qualified Professional (QP) with at least one year of experience with Target Population. Intake Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical intakes & assessments, Treatment plans, and authorizations for treatment services. Intake Clinician will facilitate intakes, group treatment and complete daily documentation for all services provided.
